Avid BB7

I ran hydraulic maguras and Avids in all extremes of temperature and mud. Significant amounts of time went into maintenance. Reliability was always a worry when I was a long way from the trail head. Since mounting Avid BB7's I have had a better experience all the way around. They are more adjustable on the fly, braking is great, and nothing goes wrong. I go through 5-6 pairs of pads per year, to give an idea of how much braking I'm up to.
